**PRICE REDUCTION** Discover a rare opportunity to own 5.39 acres of extraordinary natural beauty in the heart of Floral City, Florida. More than just vacant land, this remarkable property is part of a meticulously cultivated environmental sanctuary—a 25-year labor of love that has transformed a former rock quarry into a breathtaking private retreat where nature, privacy, and tranquility exist in perfect harmony.
Originally reclaimed through a successful environmental restoration project completed in consultation with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, the property now supports a thriving ecosystem rich with native flora and fauna. Surrounded by more than 20 species of mature Florida trees, dramatic rock formations, and abundant wildlife including deer, songbirds, and countless native species, this unique parcel offers a peaceful setting that feels worlds away from the demands of everyday life.
Beautifully nature-scaped and thoughtfully maintained, the property provides stunning scenery in every direction. Crystal-clear aquifer-fed water features and the adjacent spring-fed quarry pond create an awe-inspiring backdrop unlike anything else on the market. The current stewardship of the land has focused on preserving its natural health through environmentally conscious practices that avoid fertilizers and pesticides, allowing the ecosystem to flourish naturally.
Designed with both beauty and functionality in mind, the former quarry serves as a massive drainage retention area capable of holding approximately 30 million gallons of water. The property has been expertly graded for optimal drainage, creating a proven high-ground location that, according to the seller, has remained high and dry and has never flooded. The result is a property that offers both exceptional natural beauty and peace of mind.
Whether you envision a private homesite, luxury estate, family compound, weekend retreat, or legacy property for future generations, the possibilities are endless. For those seeking even greater acreage and privacy, the adjoining 6.04-acre parcel is also available, creating a rare opportunity to assemble more than 11 acres of one of the most unique and spectacular properties in the region.
Located on a quiet, low-density road cherished by residents for its sense of community, security, and Old Florida charm, you'll enjoy the serenity of country living while remaining less than 10 minutes from Bushnell and approximately 20 minutes from Inverness, where shopping, dining, entertainment, medical facilities, and everyday conveniences are readily available. Citrus County is also home to the renowned Black Diamond Golf Club, offering world-class golf just a short drive away.
If you've been searching for a truly one-of-a-kind property where environmental stewardship, breathtaking natural beauty, privacy, and accessibility come together, your search ends here. Build your dream home and create a sanctuary that can be enjoyed for generations to come.
